What are some good traits of a Moderator? Why are these traits important to exercise?:
Spend quality time on the server, so that they can interact with a range of players and keep a longer peaceful server. Anger control, so that they do not mentally heart other players.

Explain to us why you are capable being this rank on the server and why you should earn it? :
This is because i know what to do in most situations, and i will listen to all staff whether they are below or above me, for valuable information. Additionally i do all my ban or mutes with proof! Nothing can be posted on the forums after my ban cause i can prove someones mistakes, or wrong doings.
Moderation Experience, where have you been staff prior to this, or where are you currently in a Staff Team? Do not try and lie about your experience. (Do not include server IPs Or Instance deny ) :
I have been a moderator in many areas and once a co-owner, i still am one, but on a rather small. server. I did for a point help servers with building but i was not able to complete as the server closed down before it opened.

Do you have Skype? If so, are you able to participate in staff meetings or private calls? :\
Lightningtex2000, but it might take me a bit of time trying to get used to the private calls but i can attend.
What can you provide or bring to Hidden Gem Craft that all of these other applicants cannot? :
Yeah i can, i provide my trust which people might not believe, i will never take advatage off my situation to leave others in a bad position! Additionally am still learning to try and become a better staff.
Additional Information, ( e.g, building skills, plugin skills, siblings that play on server, etc. ) :
I feel i am fairly good at building, but i am not very efficient with plugins. I have sister who might play but not possibly always.
