im playing minecraft since 1.2.5 and joined a lot of servers and learned a little experience from playing and talking to staff, i stayed about 2 years loyal to a server and learned and saw what to do and how and i got a lot of ranks (player - builder - guest - helper - vip - mod - Trail mod - head mod) i also was 'trusted' there and i even got op also i have a little experience with servers and i will learn anything about it (plugins and perms) and do it in a really short time without stressing you at all

yes i do have skype and i can participate in the staff meetings
